500 gr. hard or bun flour,
100 gr. Fresh cow butter,
50 gr. fresh milk,
125 gr. sugar,
50 gr. Lukewarm water,
2 sachets of dry yeast,
3 medium eggs,
1/2 orange, zest,
4kg powdered sugar for sprinkling.
1 penny! (usually a coin wrapped in foil)
How to make royal pie
Melt the butter with the milk in a saucepan, before boiling add the sugar and remove from the heat to freeze.
Dissolve the yeast well in water. Adjust the wire to the food processor and beat the eggs until fluffy.
Adjust the hook, add the dissolved yeast, the rest of the ingredients and knead on medium speed for 7-8 minutes.
Cover the bucket with a towel and leave it in a warm place for about 3 hours so that it swells and doubles in volume.
Knead again for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, spread a round form for the king pie with oil paste.
One trick is to fold a sheet of oil glue 5 times in a triangle, to measure the size of the form and with scissors to cut the oil glue at a similar point. Spread the dough in the form, cover again and leave for about an hour to rise again. Preheat the oven to degrees and bake for about 45 minutes until it gets a nice color.
Leave the king pie to freeze and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Form the number of the new year on the Santa Pie with a series of peeled nuts, chocolate or powdered sugar. Make sure you have some good honey at home Heather, Chestnut honey or a honey with rose petals, to combine it and enjoy the ideal New Year's sweet that guarantees a year full of happiness, health, love and delicacies!
